                       AGA FOODSERVICE BOARD APPOINTMENT

On 18th March 2003 the Group announced that Judy George would join the Board on
1st July 2003. Accordingly, Judy has today been appointed an executive director
of Aga Foodservice Group responsible for the Group's US retail operations.

In accordance with Chapter 16.4 of the Listing Rules, no further details are
required to be disclosed.
