CW Residential announces that on 15 May 2003 the Company purchased 10,000
ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of CW Residential ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 108 pence per Ordinary Share and on 16 May 2003 purchased
10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 108.5 pence per Ordinary Share.  These
shares will be cancelled accordingly.
