Under the Agreement, the Licensee must meet minimum annual purchase requirements to retain exclusivity in Taiwan for the four year period of the Agreement, and, if it is in compliance with annual minimums, will have the right of first opportunity for additional markets, including the Peoples Republic of China, Singapore and Macao, in all distribution channels, excluding Multi-Level Marketing.
