RIMINI, Italy (MF-Dow Jones)--Mediobanca SpA's (MB.MI)
shareholders pact, which expires at the end of the year, is going
well and there's great harmony among shareholders, pact member
Ennio Doris said Friday.
"We'll see if there is any change, but the main thing is that
there's great harmony and great satisfaction among shareholders on
how the management is working," Doris, who is also chief executive
of Mediolanum SpA (MED.MI), said on the sidelines of a conference
in Rimini.
The Mediobanca shareholders pact is watched closely by many
because the bank controls insurer Assicurazioni Generali SpA
(G.MI).
