-- Telecom Italia (TIT.MI) is set to make a decision on whether to accept an offer by F2i and Rai Way SpA (RWAY.MI) for its majority stake in terrestrial network operator Persidera, reports Reuters, citing sources familiar with the matter.

-- Italy's largest telecom operator will decide on the sole bid, which is worth around 250 million euros ($310.2 million) by early next week, says Reuters.

-- The bid is below Telecom Italia's valuation of around EUR350 million for Persidera, but includes clauses which enhance the deal, reports Reuters.
