The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that on 22 September 2003 it
received applications to allot 184,371 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
in respect of the exercise of options under the terms of the Ex Beeson Gregory
Group Plc Executive Share Incentive Scheme 1996 and the Evolution Group plc 2001
Executive Share Option Scheme.

These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
shares in the Company. Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and
to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official
List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed
securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on 30 September 2003.
