Gaming Corporation plc (the "Company") has today placed 26,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Placing Shares") with certain investors and Directors at a
price of 2p per ordinary share (the "Placing"). The gross proceeds of the
Placing are #520,000 and will be used by the Company to provide additional funds
for acquisitions and the continued growth of the Company's gaming operations.


The following Directors took part in the placing:

The Placing Shares will represent approximately 19.5 per cent. of the Company's
enlarged issued share capital immediately following the Placing. Application
will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings in the shares are expected to commence on Tuesday 2 December 2003.


As part of the Placing, the Company has agreed to grant Lance Leman warrants
over 1,000,000 shares at an exercise price of 2p per share in connection with
advisory services provided as part of the Placing.
