HOUSTON, May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BJ Services Company (NYSE: BJS; CBOE; PCX) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $.05 per share, payable July 13, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2007. The Board of Directors also appointed Alasdair Buchanan to the position of Vice President -- International Pressure Pumping Operations. He will be responsible for the Company's pressure pumping operations outside North America. Mr. Buchanan has been with the Company for 24 years, most recently serving as the Company's Vice President -- Technology and Logistics. Additionally, the Board of Directors appointed Jeff Hibbeler to Vice President -- Technology and Logistics. Mr. Hibbeler has been with the Company for 17 years, most recently serving as Region Manager for the Company's Asia Pacific operations. BJ Services Company also announced today that David D.
