The Management Board of Bank Pekao SA informs that the Management Board on 5th
of December 2003 has made a Resolution no. 192/XII/03 on changing the closing
date of accepting the orders and on changing the date of closing of the
subscription period of Series D Bonds IInd Programme Bonds of Bank Polska Kasa
Opieki S.A. The closing date of accepting the orders and closing date of
subscription period, which previously was set on 10th of December 2003, is set
on 8th of December 2003.
