Bouygues Unit Buys ExxonMobil, Total French Specialty Refinery

Colas, a road-building unit of France's Bouygues SA (EN.FR),
said Friday it has acquired Societe de la Raffinerie de Dunkerque
from Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) and French oil and gas major Total SA
(TOT).
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
The new Colas unit makes specialty refined products, notably
300,000 metric tons of bitumen annually., representing about 25% of
France's domestic bitumen consumption.
It will continue to receive technical assistance from ExxonMobil
for the next three years and will also have a processing contract
with Total which has agreed to uplift 40% of the facility's
production.
