The US dollar traded lower against its Israeli counterpart in New York morning trading on Wednesday. The greenback fell to a 5-day low of 3.6527 versus the shekel as of 8:45 am ET, compared to 3.6788 hit late New York Tuesday. Thereafter, the pair reversed its direction and currently trading near 3.6643.
