Abrams Declares Quarterly Dividend ATLANTA, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ABRAMS INDUSTRIES, INC. , a construction, real estate and energy management company, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a dividend in the amount of $.04 per share, the Company's 98th consecutive quarterly dividend, payable January 2, 2004, to shareholders of record December 8, 2003.
