Servidyne Systems, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abrams

management. On March 2, 2004, at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.,
the EPA will present Servidyne with the ENERGY STAR Sustained
Excellence Award, marking the fourth consecutive year that
Servidyne has received a coveted ENERGY STAR award. Servidyne, a
Charter Ally of the ENERGY STAR Buildings Program since 1995,
received ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Awards in 2001, 2002 and

recognition, and significantly improving the energy performance of
