returns identical to that of the S&P 500 Index prior to the
deduction of fund expenses. The fund invests its assets in Master
S&P 500 Index Series of Quantitative Master Series LLC which
has identical investment objectives and strategies. The fund has a
ten year annualized return of 4.77%.

majority of its assets in equity securities of global energy and
