BlackRock High Yield Municipal Investor A (MDYHX) seeks
appreciably high income on which Federal income taxes are not
levied. The fund invests heavily in municipal bonds. It may also
invest in municipal bonds regardless of their ratings. The fund has
a three year annualized return of 6.29%.
The BlackRock mutual fund has an expense ratio of 0.97% compared
to a category average of 0.98%.
BlackRock High Yield Bond A (BHYAX) invests the majority
of its assets in high yielding junk bonds in order to maximize
total returns. The fund may invest a maximum of 30% of its assets
in non U.S denominated foreign bonds primarily to generate returns.
The fund has a three year annualized return of 10.58%.
Derek Schoenhofen is the fund manager and he has managed this

BlackRock Managed Volatility Investor A (PCBAX) seeks
full return. The fund invests in equity, debt and money market
securities. The allocation of its assets to these three categories
of securities varies from time to time. It may also invest a
substantial amount of its assets in ETFs and mutual funds. It may
also invest in derivatives such as futures, swaps and options. The
fund has a three year annualized return of 9.27%.
As of June 2013, this Blackrock mutual fund held 566 issues,
with 10.56% of its total assets invested in Financial Select Sector
SPDR.
BlackRock Energy & Resources A (SSGRX) invests the
majority of its assets in equity securities of global energy and
natural resources companies and companies in related businesses. It
invests in companies from at least three countries at a given time
and in those with economic linkages to a number of countries. The

The BlackRock mutual fund has an expense ratio of 1.33% compared
to a category average of 1.56%.
BlackRock Global Allocation Investor A (MDLOX) seeks to
provide high return on investment. The fund invests in equity, debt
as well as money market instruments. Not more than 35% of its
assets may be invested in junk bonds. It may also invest in real
estate investment trusts (REITs). The fund has a three year
annualized return of 8.37%.
