On December 18, 2007, Bakers Footwear Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing financial results for the third quarter ended November 3, 2007. The description of the Press Release contained herein is qualified in its entirety by the full text of such exhibit.

 

Also on December 18, 2007, certain members of the Company’s management team held a conference call to discuss earnings and operating results for the third quarter ended November 3, 2007.
