Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants issued a series of false and misleading statements regarding its financial results and its business prospects. On May 20, 2005, the Company issued a press release stating that it was in the process of performing a detailed review of all significant customer relationships and as a part of that review had identified that the timing of certain revenues and cost recognition issues were present. In reaction to this news, the Company's shares fell to $4.60 per share.
