C2, Inc. Awarded Dedicated Facility Management Contract From Simmons Foods MILWAUKEE, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- C2, Inc. announced today that its subsidiary, Total Logistic Control (TLC), a leading supply chain services company, has been awarded a 10-year contract to operate a dedicated distribution center for Simmons Foods, Inc. The new facility being constructed by Simmons Foods will be connected to their production facility in Van Buren, Arkansas. TLC will provide warehousing and distribution services on a turnkey basis in the new 102,000 square foot facility which will handle Simmons Foods' diverse family of food service and retail food products distributed through domestic and international channels.
