The Form 11-K which is the subject of this 12b-25 extension is being filed in order to report the information required of the First National Bank of Chester County Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan is unable to timely file its Form 11-K within the prescribed time due to an unanticipated delay in the completion of the Form 11-K.
