(NASDAQ:GRILE) today said it has filed an extension on Form 12b-25 pertaining to the filing of its Form 10-Q for the first quarter ended March 27, 2005. As previously announced, the company is adjusting its method of accounting for operating leases to comply with recent guidance issued by the Office of Chief Accountant of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is working diligently to complete and file its 2004 Form 10-K, along with the restatement of its financial statements for prior fiscal years, to reflect the revised accounting treatment.
