(the “Company”) will post to its website (www.icopolymers.com) an updated investor presentation (dated September 15, 2009) concerning its products and services generally, financial results, business opportunities and related matters.  This presentation may be used for discussions the Company may have with financial analysts, investors and other third parties.  The Company will present this presentation at the upcoming 2009 KeyBanc Capital Markets, Basic Materials & Packaging Conference on September 15, 2009.  A copy of the presentation is set forth as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
