Berkeley Lights Inc. agreed to acquire IsoPlexis Corp. in an all-stock deal valued at $57.8 million. IsoPlexis shares surged 95% in after-hours trading. Berkeley Lights dropped 10%.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Phase 2 study of LX9211 in postherpetic neuralgia, a shingles complication, didn't reach statistical significance on the primary endpoint. Shares fell 11% in after-hours trading.

Micron Technology Inc. said it's cutting jobs and slashing expenses in response to further weakening demand for electronics and the chips that go into them after a drop in sales and a loss in the first quarter. Shares ticked down 2.2% in after-hours trading.
