Wearhouse (NYSE: MW) today announced it has rescheduled its fiscal
2014 first quarter earnings release and conference call due to the
termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino
Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR Act") by the
Federal Trade Commission applicable to the Men's Wearhouse's
proposed acquisition of Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (NASDAQ:
JOSB).
Men's Wearhouse will now release 2014 first quarter results on
Thursday, June 5, 2014 at
approximately 5:30 p.m. Eastern
time. Then at 9:00 a.m. Eastern
time on Friday, June 6, 2014,
management will host a conference call and live webcast to review
first quarter results.
