On January 17, 2023 Aterian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary unaudited financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
