OMA informs on Vinci’s 2022 Annual Report

City, Mexico, February 10, 2023—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA
(NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), informs that earlier today VINCI SA, the parent company of VINCI Airports SAS which has an indirect participation
of 29.99% in the capital stock of OMA, released its 2022 annual report, which, among other information, includes certain financial figures
related to OMA. As informed previously, VINCI Airports SAS closed the acquisition of 29.99% shares of OMA on December 7th, 2022. The
information of OMA included in VINCI’s 2022 annual report is based on non-audited financial information of OMA and incorporates,
among other estimates to OMA’s financial position, certain accounting recognitions made at the VINCI SA level related to the fair
value of assets and liabilities acquired in accordance with IFRS 3 “Business Combinations”. The annual report of VINCI SA
