Priority Healthcare Announces Retirement of Don Perfetto; Tracy Nolan Appointed New EVP, COO LAKE MARY, Fla., March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Priority Healthcare Corporation today announced the retirement of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Don Perfetto, effective June 30, 2004. Tracy Nolan, formerly Vice President, Operations, Mail Service Pharmacy at Wellpoint Health Networks, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Until his retirement, Mr. Perfetto will be Executive Vice President, Special Projects. Mr. Perfetto will also resign from the Priority Healthcare Board of Directors, effective at the May 17, 2004 Board of Directors meeting.
