Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 28, 2008, the Partnership issued a press release announcing that on November 14, 2008 it will pay a cash distribution of $0.40 per unit for all of its outstanding common units for the third quarter of 2008. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2008 to common unitholders of record at the close of business on November 6, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit are deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
