(Nasdaq: QVDX), and provider of Software Pipelines methodology designed to help concurrent computing and high performance business applications, today announced that it signed a distributor agreement with seeMore Technologies, an innovator in corporate data operating systems technology. seeMore Technologies has incorporated Rogue Wave� HydraSDOTM for Databases into its virtual database product suite to add advanced Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) support � thereby gaining a competitive advantage and answering customer demand for high performance, flexible data access. Service Data Objects (SDO) is the only industry specification designed for data access in a SOA environment. When seeMore Technologies needed to add SOA support to its product � which enables enterprises to access and aggregate disparate data sources, including uniquely COBOL data into a single virtual database � the logical solution was to adopt SDO. The company turned to Rogue Wave Software�s HydraSDO product, which provides a high performance, distributed and multi-language implementation of the SDO specification. Rogue Wave HydraSDO makes data available through the standardized SDO application programming interface (API).
