The new trading symbols correspond with the new name under which the company is now operating, Identive Group. As approved by Identive Group's stockholders, 15,299,797 new shares of Identive Group have been issued to the accounts of Bluehill ID shareholders who accepted the voluntary public exchange offer to tender their shares in the recently completed business combination. As a result, Identive Group now has 40,434,782 common shares outstanding.
