Longtime Real Estate Industry Executive Bob Bill Joins HouseValues as Vice President and General Manager of Broker Services

HouseValues, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLD) today announced that longtime real
estate industry executive Bob Bill has joined the company as vice
president and general manager of broker services. Bill will also
serve on the company's executive management team.
Bill, who brings more than 25 years of proven leadership
experience in all aspects of real estate, mortgage, and relocation,
most recently served as Senior Vice President, National Accounts at
First American/MarketLinx. While there, he helped real estate
brokerage companies increase their businesses by successfully
developing and deploying technology solutions.
Prior to that, Bill managed Baird & Warner Real Estate, one
of the nation's largest real estate brokerage companies. As the
SVP, General Sales Manager, Bill managed the company's 31 offices
and 2,000 agents throughout the Chicago area. He has also served in
executive positions at Cendant and Coldwell Banker.
