has contracted with CP-Tel Network Service Inc., an IPTV and
telecommunications provider in north central Louisiana, to migrate
its high action broadcast channels to Tut Systems' Astria(R)
content processor (CP) line of products. The contract comes as a
result of CP-TEL's desire to improve the stability, reliability and
quality of its IPTV services which current serves more than 150
broadcast channels to its subscribers. After several years of
struggling to achieve a robust solution with an existing IPTV
headend system, CP-TEL tapped Tut Systems to help reduce ongoing
operational and maintenance costs while increasing overall system
uptime. With the installation of the Astria CP, CP-TEL will now use
the industry's premier digital turnaround solution to help convert
existing satellite channels to IPTV channels groomed specifically
