The tender offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. VINV has been advised by Computershare Investor Services Inc., the depositary for the tender offer, that as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 10, 2009, 471,272 shares were validly tendered and not properly withdrawn, and an additional 5,960 shares were tendered by notice of guaranteed delivery.
