On April 21, 2020, CIRCOR International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, including certain information relating to the quarter ended March 31, 2020. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
