hhgregg has joined Carillon Place, a 283,238 square-foot community
center in Naples, Florida, and
Peach Street Square, a 676,245 square-foot shopping center in
Erie, Pennsylvania.
Joining national tenants Walmart Neighborhood Market, Bealls
Outlet, T.J.Maxx, Ross Dress for Less and OfficeMax, hhgregg
opened a 36,459 square-foot store at Carillon Place. The 28,152
square-foot hhgregg store at Peach Street Square joins Lowe's, Home
Depot, Kohl's, Cinemark, and PetSmart.
Developers Diversified is hhgregg's largest retail landlord and
recently announced three additional hhgregg locations which opened
this year at Loisdale Center in Springfield, Virginia; Hamilton Commons in
Mays Landing, New Jersey; and a
free standing location in Dover,
