NEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanmina Corp.
(NASD: SANM) will replace OfficeMax Inc. (NYSE: OMX) in the S&P
SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, November 5. S&P MidCap 400
constituent Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) is acquiring OfficeMax in a
deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final
conditions.
Sanmina provides integrated electronics manufacturing services.
Headquartered in San Jose, CA, the
company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global
Industry Classification Standard) Electronic Manufacturing Services
Sub-Industry index.
