The newly constructed hotel is owned and operated by A1 Hospitality, LLC. The 85-suite hotel is located at 4525 Convention Place in Pasco, WA. It is adjacent to the TRAC Convention Center and is approximately five miles from Tri-Cities Airport. It is the first AmeriSuites in the state of Washington. The hotel offers nearly 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting/exhibit space and can accommodate up to 530 people in theater style seating.
