PRIME Hotels & Resorts Concludes Conversions of 12 Wyndham
Properties Coast to Coast Bloomington/Minneapolis Airport Hotel
Re-Flagging Brings Property Count to 15 Full-Service Properties

Hospitality Corp. (NYSE:PDQ) announced that with the conversion of
the Wyndham Minneapolis Airport Hotel to PRIME Hotel
Bloomington/Minneapolis Airport on July 6, PRIME Hotels &
Resorts has completed the re-branding of 12 former Wyndham hotels
to the full-service hotel chain. The final conversion brings the
chain's hotel count to 15 properties in major markets coast to
coast, including Atlanta, Seattle, Minneapolis, Nashville, San
Diego, northern New Jersey and Phoenix. "In the beginning of last
year, we launched the PRIME Hotels & Resorts brand with just
one property on the east coast, and today we have successfully and
strategically grown the chain to 15 hotels across the nation,"

AmeriSuites hotels and 12 full-service Wyndham hotels to be

became effective on January 1, 2004 for the AmeriSuites hotels and
February 1, 2004 for the PRIME Hotels & Resorts hotels. Also,
as part of the agreement, HPT will provide $25 million during the
first two years to pay for re-branding and other capital
