Phreesia is proud to announce that Allison Hoffman, the
company’s General Counsel, has been named to The Software Report’s
list of the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS of 2021.
Honorees were chosen based on their demonstrated leadership
capabilities, career track record and quantifiable contributions to
the Software-as-a-Service industry. This is the fourth consecutive
year a woman leader from Phreesia has been named to the list. Past
Phreesia awardees are Kristin Roberts, Vice President of Market
Development; Kharen Hauck, Vice President of Demand Generation; and
Amy VanDuyn, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
“A commonality found among high-performing executive teams is
the presence of women in key roles,” The Software Report said in
its announcement. “This year’s awardees have made a definitive and
lasting impact on their organizations. The COVID-19 era has
compelled many businesses to accelerate their adoption and roll-out
of cloud-based software solutions, and these women have enabled
their companies to meet the challenge presented by this surge in
demand.”
Hoffman is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of
legal and people-management experience. Since joining Phreesia in
2020 as the company’s General Counsel, she has overseen the
company’s fast-growing Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy and
Security teams. In addition to her primary responsibilities at
Phreesia, Hoffman also serves as the executive sponsor of the
Phreesia Women’s Network, an employee resource group seeking to
foster a healthy and supportive workplace for those who identify as
women.
“It’s an honor to be named to this list of accomplished women
leaders,” said Hoffman. “There’s so much opportunity in the
healthcare space to use technology to further patient care. It’s
exciting to work at a company that plays a key role in making that
happen.”
