Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. Increases Distributions on Limited Partner Units

Rose Rock Midstream®, L.P. (NYSE:RRMS) announced today that the
Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash
distribution for the third quarter of 2015 of $0.660 per unit, or
$2.64 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents
an increase of approximately 1.5% over the prior quarter’s
distribution of $0.650 per unit, and an approximately 14.8%
increase over the third quarter of 2014 quarterly distribution of
$0.575 per unit.
The distribution will be paid on November 13, 2015 to all
unitholders of record on November 3, 2015.
