American Stock Exchange Lists Notes Linked to the Industrial 15
Index NEW YORK, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Merrill Lynch & Co.,
Inc. Strategic Return Notes Linked to the Industrial 15 Index.
Trading under the ticker symbol SRK, one million shares of the new
securities were issued at $10 each with a maturity date of August
3, 2009. At maturity or upon exchange, holders will receive a cash
amount based upon on the percentage change in the value of the
Industrial 15 Index, less an annual index adjustment factor of
1.5%. The Notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The Amex specialist
