(NYSE:EGY), a growing international exploration and production company, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Since 2004, VAALCO had been listed on the American Stock Exchange. The company's daily trading volume, in September, was approximately 763,000 shares. VAALCO did not issue additional shares, nor raise capital, as part of its NYSE listing.
