AuctionCities.com intends to include the inventory databases of
major national automotive aggregators into its Business-to-Business
Marketplace at http://www.auctioncities.com/. New and previously
owned vehicles will be offered for sale at either a fixed price or
via auction format. This Marketplace will give local automobile
dealers direct access to automotive wholesalers' inventory from the
convenience of their desktops. Revenues from the B2B Marketplace
will be generated from leads garnered through AuctionCities.com. In
the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Marketplace, local automobile
dealerships will be the foundation of the automobile inventory.
Revenues in the B2C Marketplace will come from dealer advertising
and sales commissions, which are based on the final sale amount of
an item. "We are highly confident that the interest in our
Automotive Marketplace and the increased traffic to the
AuctionCities.com website, will enable us to expand into a
consumer-to-consumer model as well," said Michael Berman,
AuctionCities.com, Inc. CEO. "In keeping with our
'Micro-auctioning' identity, we will be sorting the inventory of
national companies and listing by the location of that product in
major U.S. cities, currently available to the public in 157
markets, through our patent-pending feature 'Shop Your Zip-code.'
AuctionCities.com is currently planning similar ventures in the
Real Estate, Consumer Electronics and other categories," Berman
concluded. About AuctionCities: AuctionCities.com, Inc., is the
