Bristol & London PLC, the specialist credit hire vehicle replacement business,
which was successfully floated last month on the Alternative Investment Market
in a Placing which capitalised the Company at #30 million, is pleased to
announce the signing of a protocol arrangement with Allianz Cornhill, one of the
UK's principal motor insurers.


Under the terms of the protocol, Allianz Cornhill has agreed to settle
uncontested claims for car hire within 28 days of receiving the invoice from
Bristol & London.


This concludes nearly two years of negotiation and should enhance the Company's
cash flow and operating profitability.
