CHELFORD GROUP PLC ("the Company")

Further to acquisition of Cleves Solutions Limited, announced on 17 December
2002, application has been made for the admission of 13,500,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Shares") to dealings on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). Dealings are expected to
commence on AIM on 28 March 2003. Pursuant to the issue of the New Shares,
Howard Rosen is interested in 15,100,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 2.28% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
