Greif CFO Donald Huml Adds Executive Vice President Title

DELAWARE, Ohio, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Michael J. Gasser,
chairman and chief executive officer of Greif, Inc. (NYSE: GEF;
GEF.B), has announced that Chief Financial Officer Donald S. Huml
has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Huml, 59, joined
Greif in 2002. His previous experience includes eight years with
Snap-on Incorporated as senior vice president, finance and chief
financial officer; and 21 years with Saint-Gobain Corporation and
its subsidiaries, CertainTeed Corporation and Norton Company, in
various roles. "Don's new title is given in recognition of his
significant contributions to Greif," Gasser said. "He will continue
