Pursuant to the Founders' Salary Sacrifice Scheme (the "Scheme") established in
February 2002, the Company has received notice from one of the beneficiaries of
this Scheme that, following her leaving the company's employment, she wishes to
exercise the options granted to her with immediate effect. In accordance with
the terms of the Scheme Les Clark and Andy Baker have therefore been required to
sell 15,845 5p ordinary shares each to fund this exercise.


Pursuant to the terms of the option granted at the time of the establishment of
the Scheme, these shares have been sold on 30 October 2003 by Les Clark and Andy
Baker to the relevant beneficiary of the Scheme at 39p being the price
prescribed in the terms of the Scheme at the time of its establishment.


Following the sale of these shares Les Clark and Andy Baker are now interested
in 6,803,629 5p ordinary shares and 9,682,013 5p ordinary shares respectively in
Glotel PLC.
