             Galleon Holdings plc ("Galleon" or "the Company") 
               Change in Notifiable Interest in Company

Galleon, the AIM-quoted media company, has been notified that Kevin Bulmer and
Catherine Copestake have together disposed of 140 million ordinary shares of 1
pence (70 million shares each), representing 17.18 percent of the issued share 
capital of the Company.

Mr. Bulmer and Ms. Copestake now hold 112,833,332 ordinary shares (56,416,666
each), representing 13.84 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
(formerly 252,833,332 shares, or 31.02 percent).

In a separate notification, the Company has been informed that Limetrend
Limited, a company controlled by Mr. Richard Thompson, has become interested in
140 million ordinary shares, representing 17.18 percent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
