On 17 March 2003, JSH Denyer transferred 26,551 ordinary shares to his wife, Mrs
EJ Denyer, at Nil consideration. Later on 18 March 2003, JSH Denyer sold 10,174
shares and Mrs EJ Denyer sold 26,551 shares.  In addition 13,275 shares held on
trust (non-beneficially) by JSH Denyer/EJ Denyer were sold.  All three sales
were at a price of 29p per share.

On 18 March 2003, SJB Shaw transferred 26,551 ordinary shares to his wife, 
Mrs MJ Shaw, at nil consideration.  Later on 18 March 2003, SJB Shaw sold
