XA to Assist and Produce the Premier and After Party of the Broadway Opening of High Fidelity Thursday, December 7, 2006

NEW YORK, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- XA, Inc., (XA) (OTC BB:
XAIN), a major national event marketing firm that serves many
Fortune 500 companies, reports that it has been selected by the new
Broadway romantic musical comedy, High Fidelity to partner in the
New York City's premiere at the Imperial Theater and to produce the
after party at the Roseland Ballroom on Thursday, December 7, 2006.
XA, The Experiential Agency will provide the necessary assistance
to the High Fidelity premiere including production of the red
carpet, tenting and step and repeat. As the event designer and
production company for the After Party at Roseland, XA will design,
develop and manage all required elements of the event to create a
highly stylized and integrated program for 1100 guests. The theme
of a record store will be woven throughout Roseland replete with
stacked vinyl albums, music billboards, buffet stations created out
of DJ milk crates and vintage teenage concert t-shirts will serve
as table linens. From the acclaimed producers who brought Rent and
Avenue Q to the stage High Fidelity, this newest musical is based
on Nick Hornby's novel of love and rock and roll. The novel was
released in the U.S. by Riverhead Books in 1995 and became a
best-seller. It was made into a 2000 Touchstone Pictures film
starring John Cusack as main character Rob and Iben Hjejle as
Laura. The Broadway version of High Fidelity will be directed by
Walter Bobbie (Chicago, Sweet Charity) with music by Tom Kitt
(Laugh Whore, Debbie Does Dallas) and lyrics by Amanda Green (For
the Love of Tiffany, Up The Creek Without A Paddle). The production
will feature Will Chase (Lennon, The Full Monty, Aida, Rent and
Miss Saigon) as the lead role of Rob. Joe Wagner, CEO of XA,
