Alliance Financing Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AFG) (the "Corporation") announces that Mr. Evan Green has been appointed to its board of directors. Mr. Green has over 10 years experience in the investment business in Toronto, with expertise in areas such as financial accounting, investment analysis, finance and trading. He earned an MBA from the University of Edinburgh with first class honours in Financial Analysis and currently holds a Canadian Investment Manager Designation from the CSI.

The Corporation also announces the retirement of Mr. Bruce Light from its board of directors. Mr Light has served as a director since his election to the board in 2000. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Light for his nine years of service and guidance on the board of directors.
